In the past, I have bought (with coupon and sale) a few Yoplait Kids yogurt for my children. They loved it! I now make our own yogurt as we go through a lot of it when we eat granola as well as eating it with fruit. Hubby especially eats a lot of it. I have known for a while that yogurt is good for you.
